Zeb Maggard

Mr. Zeb Maggard, 35, went to chill with Jesus November 15, 2019 in his home. Zeb was born in Winston-Salem NC on July 10, 1984 to Dennis Maggard Sr. and Joyce Maggard. Zeb was the most friendly and kindest person you could ever meet, had never met a stranger, and he had such a willingness to help others. Zeb’s smile was infectious and could light up the entire room. He was our gentle giant. He enjoyed having a good time, laughing, and making others happy. Zeb had a love and passion for all types of music, and he cherished his family which he would get together with on weekends for a game night. He was a hard worker and loved his job at TCSS which allowed him to help and protect others. In addition to his parents Zeb is survived by his two sons, S. Shadow Heffinger and Zeb Maggard II; two brothers, Gerald Maggard (Sandy) of Clemmons and Hoss Maggard (Ashley) of Walkertown; two sisters, Tisha Cox (Barry) of King and Tara McIntire (Greg) of Winston-Salem; and a host of  nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday November 21, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Rural Hall Chapel to celebrate Zeb’s life and the impact that he had on all who came into contact with him.
