Zachary Manuel Holyfield

WALKERTOWN-Zachary Manuel Holyfield, 26, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born November 24, 1988 in Forsyth Co.
Zach had a bond with his family that went far and beyond. He had big blue eyes that would light up a room every time. His love for sports was known as, Go Blue Devils! He warmed your heart with his smile. His life and legacy continues to live on as he has given others a chance at life through his special gift of donation. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rev. Avery M. and Margret Young; paternal grandparents, Rev. Jessie and Louise Holyfield; two uncles; and several friends. Surviving are his mother, Mary Beth (Eddie) Young Holyfield; father, Mark Stevens Holyfield; brother, Brent Stevens (China) Holyfield; sister, Tiffany Marie (Cory) Bridges; and the light of his life was his nephew, Brydon. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Darrell, Tim Williams, and Brent Stevens Holyfield officiating.
