Yanbin Liu

Yanbin was born in JiNan, Shangdong, China on September 23, 1972. Since he was a child, he liked study and worked hard. Because his parents worked far away, he always took care of his younger brother, including cooking for him, and thus developed a strong independence and responsibility. He met Mei (Shannon) Xiang in university in 1991, then his classmate, and soon they fell in love, and got married in 1998. In the same year, they came to US for advanced education. In 2004, Yanbin received his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering specialized in automation. He worked in Generalety in Detroit for a couple of years before he worked at B/E Aerospace where he was a diligent and innovative employee, always loving to help coworkers, and was appraised highly by his colleagues.

Yanbin had a great passion for life, always in a can-do and positive spirit. He was interested in and fully enjoyed everything around him. His days were full of joy and thanksgiving. He honored his parents, called them every week to make sure they are in good health and lack of nothing. His love towards his wife remained the same for over 20 years. He took care of his family and provided a worry free life for them. He was a good father to his two daughters. When he was around, there was always laughter in the house. His positive attitude towards life influenced many of his relatives. He kept a strict schedule daily, paying special attention to his diet and fitness. His strong self-discipline capability was also admired by many of his relatives. He was such a good Samaritan, always trying to do his best to help those people in need.

Yanbin, you left young, but you have a colorful and splendid life. You have successfully educated your daughters, so that they are more matured than their age and well behaved. Yanbin, have peace in heaven, you relatives and friends will do their best to help Mei, Cindy and Miranda, to continue their splendid life journey just like to spell out a beautiful poem. Your smiling face will forever be remembered in our hearts.
