Wilson Theodore Biddix

Mr. Wilson Theodore Biddix, 83, of Winston-Salem passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016. Theodore was born on June 6, 1932 in Buncombe County to William Alonzo and Lillie Rice Biddix. Theodore grew up in Asheville. He was a beautiful person who never met a stranger. Theodore was a bell ringer and was a wonderful singer for the Salvation Army for 30 years. In addition to his parents, Theodore was preceded in death by his siblings, Doris Biddix Gainey, Edward Eugene Biddix, JB Biddix, and Virginia Biddix Fletcher. He is survived by his sisters, Madeline Edwards and husband Jack and Rosalie Chastain and husband Jack. A funeral service for Theodore will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Salvation Army, 1411 S Broad St. Winston-Salem, NC 27127. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at 12:00 pm on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Greenhills Cemetery in Asheville, NC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
