Wilma Marie Miller

Mrs. Wilma Marie Miller, age 90 of Farmington passed away on Saturday,March 28, 2009. She was born Wilma Krogman in Humboldt, Nebraska. Wilma was an active member of Farmington United Methodist Church. She enjoyed the Arabian horse business and traveling with the Friendship Force. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Clifton Jones Miller. She was the mother of three children, Roger A. Miller and wife Ellen of Farmington, Dan K. Miller and wife Lisa of Winston-Salem, and Krista M. Helton and husband Joe of Franklin, TN. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Jeff Miller, Allison Fender, Ben Miller, Wesley Miller, Grayson Miller, all of Farmington and Samantha Helton and J.J. Helton of Franklin, TN and six great-grand children. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Farmington United Methodist Church by Rev. Jack Tookey. Burial will follow in Farmington Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Farmington United Methodist Church, 1939 Farmington Rd. Mocksville, NC 27028. Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel is serving the Miller family.
