Wilma Luffman

Mrs. Wilma Lee Luffman, 86, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022. She was born October 30, 1935, in Wilkes County to the late Arthur and Lillie Luffman.  Wilma was a devout Christian, who had a passion for church, gospel music, and most of all, her family.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Avery Leo Luffman; son, Harvey Leo Luffman; daughter-in-law, Sylvia Luffman; sister, Mary Holcomb; and three brothers: J.C. Luffman, Denver Luffman, and Ray Luffman.  Wilma is survived by her three children: Penny Clark (Todd), Larry Luffman, and Jeff Luffman (Jill); ten grandchildren: April, Stephanie, Michelle, Kellie, Daniel, Christy, Scott, Kayla, Chris, and Hannah; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Wyatt (Dean), and brother, Glen Luffman (Nellie).  A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, June 4th at Crestview Memorial Park with Bro. Edward Luffman officiating.
