Mrs. Willie Holleman Disher, 90, died on March 20, 2017; which was her 69th Wedding Anniversary. Willie was born in Forsyth County on July 11, 1926, to James L. and Rosa McGee Holleman. She was a member of Oak Grove Moravian Church and retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company with 41 years of loyal service. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed reading, quilting, crossword puzzles, and the Atlanta Braves. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, C.P. Disher, Jr. and eight siblings. Surviving are two daughters, Pamela Warren (husband Ron) of Acworth, GA, and Angela Sue Disher of Marietta, GA; one son, Mark C. Disher (wife Teri) of Walnut Cove, NC; one granddaughter, Meredith Warren Wann (husband Charlie) of Powder Springs, GA; one sister-in-law, Bessie Disher Beauchamp; three nieces; and four nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday March 25, 2017, at Oak Grove Moravian Church. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Moravian Graveyard. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Oak Grove Moravian Graveyard fund, 120 Hammock Farm Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
