William "Bill" Grady Spivey

William ‘Bill' Grady Spivey, 80, of Winston-Salem, went to be with his loving wife in heaven on Friday January 16th, 2015. Bill was a kind and devoted husband, father and papaw. Along with his wife Patricia L. Spivey, Bill was also proceeded in death by his dear sister Helen Shaw. Bill is survived by his daughters Beth Pepper and Lori Spivey, stepsons Teddy (DeeDee) Edwards and Franklin Edwards, and step-granddaughters Amber Nichole and Kristen Lee Edwards. The family will receive friends on Monday the 19th from 6PM to 8:00PM at Hayworth-Miller on 3315 Silas Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem. Funeral services will be performed at Parklawn Memorial Park on 2730 Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem on Tuesday the 20th at 11:00AM at the mausoleum.
