William Felix Reavis

Mr. William Felix Reavis, 86, of Clemmons passed away Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Reavis was born in Davie County to the late Thomas and Anne Jordan Reavis on July 17, 1923. He served in the United States Army during WWII. Mr. Reavis retired as owner of Reavis Construction. He is survived by his wife Martha R. Reavis of the home; two sons, Thomas Reavis of Clemmons and Ronald Reavis and wife Donna of Thomasville; a stepson Michael Funderburk of Clemmons; a grandson Alan Reavis and wife Shuntele of Thomasville; a sister Lucille Melton of Mocksville and a sister-in-law, Thelma Reavis of Mocksville. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 pm Sunday, October 18, 2009 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel with the Mr. Bill Teague officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
