William Smith

William Mark Smith, 57, passed away on Wednesday, May 25th 2022. He was born on October 19th, 1964, in Chester, South Carolina to the late William Daniel Smith and Sandra Marie (Beckham) Smith. He served in the Navy and worked at Captain Tom's in Kernersville, North Carolina for about 30 years. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his second wife, Wanda Smith and grandchildren Christopher Wilbur and Travis Wilbur. William is survived by his children, step-son Nathan Williamson of Booneville, AR, Amanda Wilbur (Richard) of Booneville, AR,  Richard Smith of Booneville, AR and Jennifer Smith of Fayetteville, AR, as well as his 3 grandchildren, Wednesday Bagley of Fayetteville, AR, Scarlet Wilbur and Wyatt Wilbur of Booneville. Those who were close to William knew that he considered Captain Tom's his first home, considering his fellow workers as family. He will forever be missed by his family and the Captain Tom's Crew.
