William Edgar Kelley

William Edgar Kelley, 62, of Pfafftown, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 20, 2011 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born December 30, 1948 in Statesville, NC to William Edgar Kelley Sr. and Doris Creedmore Kelley. Mr. Kelley was a member of Clemmons Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a long-time employee of United Way of Forsyth County. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his wife, Lauren C. Kelley of the home; his four children, William E. Kelley III and wife Tonya of Ocala, FL, Bradley Kelley and wife Jocelyn of Winston-Salem, Kathleen Kelley of Winston-Salem, and Donna Dickerson and husband Thad of Winston-Salem; his wife's two children, Darren Garcia and wife Julie of Lewisville; and Jamie Arnett and husband Ryan of Winston-Salem; nine grandchildren, Timothy, Kaitlyn, Donneley, Jade, Allison, Lauren, Kennedy, Maddox and Reese; the mother of his children, Claudette Bradshaw of Hickory; three sisters, Donna Baughman and husband Weston of Seattle, WA, Kathy Haider and husband Mike of Gibsonia, PA, and Kim Kelley of Marshall; two brothers, Robert Kelley of Salisbury and Thomas ""Skip"" Kelley and wife Gretchen of Thomasville; and several nieces and nephews.
