William Evan Binkley

William E. ""Bill"" Binkley, 79 of Winston-Salem passed away on December 29, 2015 after an extended illness with family by his side. Born in 1936 he was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his son, Randy Binkley. Surviving are his wife Tracie Binkley; two sons, Cody Binkley and Ricky Binkley; and daughter, Sandy Settle. Also surviving is Ronald Webb, a close nephew he considered a son. Bill had three brothers and five sisters, and many nieces and nephews. He was loved by all. A graveside service will be held at 9:00 am on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Boulevard Salisbury, NC 28144, with Rev. Cliff Daniels officiating. In lieu of flowers family ask that donations be made to the Randolph County Honor Guard, P.O. Box 1672, Asheboro, NC 27204 or a charity of the donor's choice. The family would like to thank all the staff at Forsyth Medical Center for their wonderful care and kindness.
