Wilber Nelson

Wilber “Keith” Nelson, 64, passed away Friday, January 29, 2021 at his home. He was born in Forsyth Co. on March 16, 1956 the son of the late Harry Wilber Nelson and Ruby Berrier Nelson. Keith was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Walkertown. He dearly loved his church and enjoyed his van ministry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Brandon; three siblings, Todd, Becky and Jody; and a sister-in-law, Nancy. Keith leaves behind to cherish his memory, three brothers, Gary (Annette), Chris (Rhonda) and Rodney, a sister-in-law, Jan; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Gospel Light Baptist Church Cemetery in Walkertown with Pastor Matt Morrison officiating. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thankyou to Mt. Valley Hospice Caregivers, Lynn, April, Samara and Amy, for all the compassionate care, Keith received.
