Weldon Gray Brannock

Mr. Weldon Gray Brannock passed away Monday, May 19, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born June 14, 1943. He proudly served his country in the United States Army 82nd Airborne. Mr. Brannock retired from Davidson County Schools. He loved the Virginia Mountains and spent a lot of his time there. He finished his life as a chainsaw wood carving artist. Everyone loved the ""Bear Man"" and he will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Brannock; his son, Rusty Brannock; and lots of family and friends.

At Mr. Brannock's request, there will be no formal services.
