Wayne Donald Fulk

Mr. Wayne Donald Fulk, 72, of Winston-Salem, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was born July 18, 1941 in Forsyth County to Laler Rothrock Fulk and Mahlon Quinton Fulk. Mr. Fulk was a member of Advent Moravian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Fulk. Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Margaret Susie Fulk; one daughter, Susanne Quail of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Cruise and Jax Quail; three brothers, Jerry Fulk (Pina) of Virginia Beach, VA, Roger Fulk (Bonnie) of Lexington and Gray Fulk (Mindy) also of Lexington. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 27, 2014 at Advent Moravian Church with Rev. Dr. Tim Sapp officiating. Interment will follow in Waughtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
