Wayne Ellingham

Wayne Eugene Ellingham, 85, of Clemmons, NC & Alberton, MT passed away at home on Thursday, October 13, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Louise Snow Ellingham.

Born in Forsyth County, NC, the son of the late William “Bill” Eugene and Mildred Sheek Ellingham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Judith “Judy” Ellingham Nichols.

Mr. Ellingham graduated Clemmons High School, attended Catawba College & graduated Wake Forest University. Becoming an educator in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System for over 30 years, with his retirement from West Forsyth High School. During which time, he also operated the family beef and hay farm, as well as worked at Tanglewood Park. He was Director of the summer Day Camp at Tanglewood for many years. In later years, he and his wife relocated to the Rocky Mountains of western Montana.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter and son, Stephany L. and William C. “Chris” Ellingham. Nieces and Nephews.
