Wayne Crutchfield

Mr. Wayne “Pee Wee” Crutchfield, 60, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022, at his home.  He was born December 31, 1961, in Washington DC and is the son of the late William and Veora Crutchfield.  Pee Wee was a people person, who never met a stranger, and was loved by everyone under the sun.  He was employed by Pepsi Bottling Ventures for 24 years.  There were many things that he was passionate about, first and foremost he was a die-hard Carolina Panther fan, he also loved being outdoors, vacationing and fishing with his family and friends; all sports, and loved to play baseball and softball, where he was known as “Ten Man”.  In addition to his parents, Pee Wee is preceded in death by his brother, Tyrone Martin.  He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Angela D. Crutchfield; daughter, Devin Butler (Adrian); son, Desmond Crutchfield (Ashley); four grandchildren "bandits": Brycen, Avyn, Ivercen, and Zaleah; twin brother, Dwayne “Redd” Crutchfield; brother, Erick Greene; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his “Roadees”.  A funeral service will be conducted 12:00 Noon Saturday, January 29th at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev.
