Wayne F. Bradshaw

Mr. Wayne F. Bradshaw, 64, of Advance passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born March 9, 1947 in Iredell County to Floyd C. and Ruby Granger Bradshaw. He was a member of Mocks United Methodist Church and the Advance VFW. Mr. Bradshaw was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Doris Robinson Bradshaw. Surviving are his son, Duane Bradshaw and Amber Chambers of Clemmons; a grandson, Dylan Wayne Bradshaw; a granddaughter, Nicole Casey and her mother, Heather Ross; and by two sisters, Mareia Crouse (Jerry) of Advance and Marrion Schweickart (Karl) of San Antonio, TX. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday at Mocks United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Military Rites by the VFW Memorial Honor Guard. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
