Mr. Warner Matthew Boles, Sr. of King, North Carolina, went home to be with his Heavenly Father, Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born October 19, 1940 in Forsyth County to the late James William Boles and Mamie Carrie Hanes Boles. He was the baby of 13 siblings. Matthew was a friend, dad, paw paw, and great paw paw. Matthew was a retired MR2 Navy Veteran of 30 years. Not only serving our country loyalty for 30 years, he was a faithful servant of his Lord, Jesus Christ. He enjoyed ministering the gospel in a band, Faith Times Three. In addition to his parents and siblings, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy Ann Boles and son, Warner Matthew Boles, Jr. Matthew is survived by his daughter, April Boles Rose (Jimmy) of King, NC; four grandchildren, Jay Rose, David Rose, Johnathan Rose, and Kaitlyn Rose; great-granddaughter, Kimber Farrington Rose Shelton; two sister-in-laws, Debra Griffin and Pam Godfrey; and along with many special friends. A graveside service will be conducted 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Parklawn Memorial Park with Pastor Randall Smith officiating.
