Wanda Morgan

Mrs. Wanda Martin Morgan, 82, of Clemmons passed away Friday, November 18, 2022. Wanda was born in Forsyth County to the late Pearl Andora Martin and Manda Williard Martin on March 9, 1940.

She graduated in 1958 from High Point High School, later that year she married Donald Monroe Morgan whom she met from going on a blind date and was married to him for over 45 years. Wanda was a classic homemaker who loved her family. She also liked going on family vacations to the beach.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Monroe Morgan; son, Eric Monroe Morgan; brothers, Bobby Martin and Vernon Martin.

She is survived by her two sons, Gerren Tyler Morgan and Brandon Martin Morgan (Jenny); grandchildren, Emma and Kaylee Morgan; step grandchildren, Aubrey and Brenna Hughes.

A visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Monday, November 21, 2022, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. A private graveside will be held in Pilot Mountain. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or Alzheimer’s Association, 4615 Dundas Drive, Greensboro, NC 27407.
