Wanda Elaine Rule Mabe

Mrs. Wanda Elaine Rule Mabe passed away Thursday evening November 11, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born in Forsyth County on July 14, 1950. Wanda worked diligently and faithfully to provide a nurturing Christian home for her family and to be a light of the Lord to all she knew. Wanda worked with US Airways as a flight attendant. She is preceded in death by husband David Franklin Mabe; and father William Howard Rule. She is survived by two sons Ken Mabe (Hope) and Andy Mabe; two grandchildren Kyla, and McKinley; mother Dorothy McGee Rule; two sisters Karen McKee (Mark) and Shirley Epperly; one brother Dr. William Stanley Rule (Penny) of Beaufort, NC. A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday November 13, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Dr. Cecil Cave officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
