Mrs. Wanda Hilton Norman, 80, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Wanda was born in Forsyth County on November 16, 1943, to the late Roy and Margie Hilton. In her younger years Wanda enjoyed animals, gardening, and above all else, taking care of others. She retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after more than 30 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Norman; son, David Norman; brother, Joe Hilton; and sister, Betty Childress. Wanda is survived by her son, Danny Norman (Lisa) of Winston-Salem; grandson, Dustin Norman; and several loving nieces. Wanda was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Wanda Skilbred and Suzanne McCorkell officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:30am prior to the service on Friday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
