Wallace Tuttle

On January 2, 2018 the heavens opened up and God and His angels called our precious father, Wallace Crawford Tuttle home. He was born in Stokes County to Mr. and Mrs. Clady Tuttle on June 26, 1935. He was employed by Coca Cola Company for many years as well as Modern Chevrolet/Toyota. Mr. Tuttle enjoyed spending time surrounded by his family and friends. He loved fishing, golfing, and spending time at the beach. Mr. Tuttle attended First Pentecostal Holiness Church and will be so sadly missed by his family and friends. Surviving are two daughters, Robin McLean (Roger), and Michelle Gaines; a son, Bryan Tuttle; seven grandchildren, Tisha Ward, Ashley Tuttle, Briana Tuttle, Lauren Tuttle, Eli Tuttle, Amber Frye, Robbie Smith; three great grandchildren, Courtney Ward, Dillion Ward, Emily Ward; a great great grandchild, Hayden Ward; one sister, Margaret Harrell and four brothers, Lawrence, Don, Ed, and Steve Tuttle. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018 at First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Tim Wolfe, Rev. Stan Tuttle, and Rev. Wes Tuttle officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Rest in peace, Dad. We love you so much.
