Vivian Binkley

Ms. Vivian Reece Binkley, 71, of Winston-Salem passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Forsyth County to the late Cranford Marion Reece and Gladys Hobson Reece on February 1, 1950. Vivian was very athletic, she played sports all through high school. Sports was a big part in her life, even as an adult she loved playing golf and being outside. Vivian always worked and mostly worked two jobs throughout her life. She worked as a Branch Manager for First Union Bank in Lewisville for many years, along with working for the Department of Social Services as a Social Worker. In her spare time, she loved cooking, travel and being with her family. She is survived by her two sons, Scott Binkley (Emily) and Adam Binkley; grandchildren, Austin, Breece, Miranda and Rhenna; sisters, Wanda Hamm, Sophia Reece and Julie Denton; brother, Jerry Reece. Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 20, 2021 at West Bend Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. Jennings O’Neil officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to West Bend Baptist Church, 9090 Shallowford Road, Lewisville, NC 27023.
