Virona Cletus 'Mac' Krites

Mr. Virona Cletus ""Mac"" Krites, 101, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013 at The Oaks at Forsyth. He was born August 2, 1911 in Forsyth County to James Ezekiel and Cora Myers Krites. Mr. Krites was retired from RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company and was an active member at Advent Moravian Church. Surviving are a daughter, Brenda K. Herndon, of Altamonte Springs, Fl; two grandchildren, Beverly Denise Givens of Atlanta, Ga. and William Kenneth Herndon, of Orlando, Fl.; three great grandchildren, David Allen Lendrum, Kendall Shay Herndon and Kenton Herndon, all of Orlando, Fl.. A Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, March 18, 2013 at Advent Moravian Church with Rev. Tim Byerly officiating.
