Winston Salem - Frances Saunders Chamberlain, 97, passed away Friday, March 01, 2013 at her home. She was born August 2, 1915 in Bedford Co., VA to the late John Henry and Aribella Thomas Saunders. Frances was a member of Calvary Baptist Tabernacle. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, Vernon and Glenn Taylor; seven brothers and two sisters. Surviving are her son, John ""Jimmy"" Taylor of Kernersville; daughter, Dorothy Marie Houck and husband (Tex) of Winston Salem; five grandchildren, Jesus Taylor, Eric Taylor, Wendy Hall, Amada Cooper, and Pamela Beane; and two great-grandchildren. Billy Rodriguez and Erin Hall A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013 at Calvary Baptist Tabernacle with Rev. David Neese officiating. Entombment will follow at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5-8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
