Victoria Grace "Gracie" Miller, age 21, of East Bend, NC, passed away on May 29, 2024, at her home. Gracie was known to family as "Sunshine" because of her sweet, loving and kind nature, often putting the needs of others before her own. As a child, she was a fun-loving little girl with a big heart, a sassy attitude, and a unique perspective on life. As she grew older, she developed a love for art, music, and books. Gracie loved spending time with her family, who remember her for her eccentric sense of humor and her silly nature. She was extremely intelligent and had a hunger for learning.
She made exemplary grades all throughout her school years, graduating in the top ten of her class. Around her 12th birthday, Gracie expressed her faith and accepted Jesus as her Savior. She was baptized at River Oaks Community Church, Clemmons, NC. Gracie will be remembered for her kind, selfless nature, and infectious laugh.
Survivors include her maternal grandmother, Polly Stack; her parents, Kevin and Deborah Miller; her sisters, Chelsie Miller and Sydney Miller; her future brother-in-law, Peyton Mullins; and her nephew, Braxton Mullins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Onyx and June Miller; and maternal grandfather, Lee Roy Stack.
A private graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Woodland Cemetery in Winston-Salem, NC, led by Pastor Sonny Flowers and serviced by Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel.
