Victoria Spainhour Burcham

BURCHAM Mrs. Victoria Spainhour Burcham, 60, of East Bend, passed away May 21, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on August 15, 1949 to the late Raymond Edward Spainhour and Margaret Catherine Proffitt Spainhour. Mrs. Burcham was of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed fishing and cooking. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Before her health failed she was the assistant manager at Wal-Mart on University Parkway. Mrs. Burcham was preceded in death by a sister, Mary ""Bit"" Spainhour Tilley (Joe). Surviving are, her loving husband of eighteen years, Randall C. Burcham; in-laws, Bessie and Ivan Price and Raymond Burcham; three children, Kristina Doby Lowery (Brian), Ronald Crosby ""R.C."" Doby, II, and Brandie Burcham Shore; three grandsons, Brandon Michael Dancy, Dylan Michael Lowery and Kieran Layne Doby; brothers and sisters, David Spainhour (Marlo), Toby Spainhour (Sissy), Mike Spainhour (Frankie), Lisa Holden (John), Kathy ""Tiny"" Heath (Barry) Bobby Dale Spainhour , Randy Spainhour and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm Sunday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Arlan Faircloth officiating. The family will receive friends from 2- 4 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
