Victor Crews, Jr.

Mr. Victor Otto Crews, Jr. passed away Friday, evening January 20, 2023 at the VA Medical Center, in Salisbury, NC. He was born in Forsyth County on February 25, 1930 to the late Victor Crews Sr, and Ruby Pebbles Crews. Victor was a member of Fraternity Church of the Brethren and served in the US Army 11th Airborne Division during the Korean War. He retired from Rodway Express with twenty-one years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary H. Crews. Victor is survived by son Daryl Crews and wife Kathe; and granddaughter Jennifer Autrey and husband Paul. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on January 23, 2023 at Fraternity Church of the Brethren with Pastor David Ansley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
