Vickie Ladd Speas

Mrs. Vickie Ladd Speas, 64, of Winston-Salem, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015. Vickie was born October 6, 1950 in Forsyth County to Felix and Norma Ladd. In the past she had worked as an Executive Secretary for an accounting business. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Zachary Speas, and sister, Bonnie Ladd. Vickie is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Gerald Speas, who requests for everyone to please keep the family in their prayers. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the family.
