SPAINHOUR- of King, NC Ms. Vickie Charlene Needham Spainhour, 57 of King, NC passed away Thursday, August 5, 2010 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Ms. Spainhour was born May 12, 1953 in Forsyth County to the late Virgil T. and Lois J. Martin Needham. Vickie was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed her family and friends but foremost, her family. She loved her boxer Angel and loved animals. Vickie was known to her friends on the computer as Angel Fair. She loved her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Surviving to cherish her memory are a daughter, Lynn DeViney and husband, Ronnie Jr. of King; two grandchildren Mikala Childress and fiancé© Edward Murray, and Leland DeViney of King; three sisters Debbie M. Swaim of Yadkin Co., Suzie Gratz of Winston-Salem, and Tina Everhard and husband Tony of Rural Hall; three brothers Ricky Needham and Tim Needham of Winston-Salem, and Sandy Needham and wife Polly of Charlotte; her lifelong best friend who was like a sister to her Marlene Lowery of King. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, August 13, 2010 at the Salvation Army, South Broad Street, in Winston-Salem. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
