Vickie Lynn Callahan

Vickie Lynn Anderson Callahan, 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Monday, January 20, 2025. She was born on January 30, 1954, to the late Glenn Anderson and Minnie Johnson Anderson. Vickie found joy in watching Disney movies and shows, most notably Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. She also enjoyed watching soap operas, and when she was physically able, loved to go to the bowling alley with friends and family. Vickie was faithful to her church and attended for as long as her health allowed. Her fondest memories were spent at the beach, soaking in the sun and hearing the waves lap at her feet. Vickie was a family-oriented woman. She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be missed immensely by those who knew and loved her. 

In addition to her parents, Vickie is preceded in death by three brothers, Bob Anderson, Steve Anderson, Wigg Anderson.

She is survived by a husband, Kenny Callahan; four sisters, Patsy Goforth, Phyllis Carter, Melinda Mobley, and Lisa Wilson; a brother-in-law, Gary Callahan; as well as many special nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
