Verna Earlean Lynch Simpson

KERNERSVILLE-Verna Earlean Lynch Simpson, 80, a beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away Monday, September 19, 2011 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born July 25, 1931 in Culver City, CA to the late Bert and Earlean Lynch. Verna loved traveling with her husband, gardening and enjoyed reading. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, James Lynch one sister, Marion McGowan and son-in-law, Wayne Frost. Surviving are her husband, Robert Simpson of the home; three daughters, Sharon White and husband Gary of Oak Ridge, Debra Isberner and husband, Mark of San Diego, Ca, and Robin Frost of Kernersville; four grandchildren, John and Eric White and Jackie and Ethan Isberner; three nephews, Dennis McGowan, Charles R. Simpson and Roger Wayne Simpson and two sisters-in-law, Doris ""Pat"" Simpson, and Naomi Simpson. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 am Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Wayne Branch officiating.
