Verna Cleo Daniels

KERNERSVILLE- Ms. Verna Cleo Daniels, 81, entered into eternal rest, October 8, 2011 at Murdoch Developmental Center. She was born January 17, 1930 in Charlotte, NC to Eugene and Iola Ross Daniels. Verna was preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters. Surviving; one sister, Lois D. Horton of Kernersville, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday October 15, 2011 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Dr. Steve Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston Salem. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Murdoch Developmental Center designated to Parkview Cottage, Murdoch Center Infirmary, or Chapel Fund, at P.O. Box 1600 East C.
