Valinda Michelle Sizemore

SIZEMORE WINSTON-SALEM - Valinda Michelle Sizemore Aug. 25, 1960 - Dec. 31, 2011 Valinda Michelle Sizemore, 51, left this life on December 31, 2011. Born in Forsyth County. She was employed at Forsyth Medical Center (ER). Valinda was preceded in death by her father, Jerry C. Dean; brother, Philip Dean; and sister, Emily D. Hill. Survivors include her husband, Randy E. Sizemore; daughter, Amanda D. Melton; mother, Loretta D. Melton; brother, Noel Melton and wife, Britta Waller. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice & Palliative CareCenter, 101 Hospice Ln., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
