Tony Lambeth, affectionately known as ""Flash,"" of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2012. He was born August 26, 1938, to John H. Lambeth and Norene Stokes Harrison, both deceased. He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Brendle and husband Danny of High Point; granddaughters, Lauren B. Way and Lindsay Brendle, all of High Point; siblings Tommy Lambeth of Suffolk, VA, Norman Lambeth of Charleston, SC, and Rosemond of New York; also, Bonnie Landreth, close friend and companion, and Brittany Thurman, who both loved him very much. Tony was retired from Stroh Brewery with 27 years of service, and also worked at RJR Tobacco Co. He served for two years with the US Navy on the USS Forrestall. He loved life and having a ""good"" time. He had many, many friends. Tony's hobbies included working with small aircraft, working with computers, deer hunting, prospecting for gold, and best of all, four-wheeling. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 18 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
