Tony Ray Hargrave

Mr. Tony Ray Hargrave, 68, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016. He was born September 1, 1947 in Forsyth County to the late Ruth Grace Caudle Hargrave and William Ray Hargrave. Tony enjoyed playing the piano and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by one brother, Randy Hargrave and one sister, Marilyn Speaks. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carol Hargrave; son, Anthony Hargrave (Margaret); two grandchildren, Mahalia and Theodor Hargrave; one brother, Darrin Hargrave; and one sister, Kim Frye (John). A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 29 at Volunteer Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. (Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel)
