Tony Melvin Brown

KERNERSVILLE-Tony Melvin Brown, 73, passed away peacefully Monday, June 29, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was born September 2, 1941 in Yadkin Co. to the late Melvin Dallas and Myra Faye Pendry Brown.

Surviving are his wife, Ilene Ingram Brown; two daughters, Darla (Louie) Coito, Dawn (Michael) Tucker; four grandchildren, Krista (Derek) Morris, Dustin and Lauren Tucker and Quenton Coito; one great-grandchild, MaKinley Morris and a great-grandson to be; sister, Peggy Brown Snow; and his special feline friend, Charcoal.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville with Rev. Michael Lane officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m Thursday prior to the service at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
