Timothy Dunn

Timothy Matthew Dunn, 31, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.  He was born in New York on February 21, 1991 to John and Catherine Eichler Dunn.  He graduated from West Forsyth High School in 2009 and went on to graduate from UNC Pembroke.  He was an avid wrestler in high school and college.  Tim was an ex-president of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and a devoted New York Jets and Yankee fan.  He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to many people.  Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, William and Anna Eichler and his paternal grandfather, Jack Dunn.  Surviving are his parents, John and Catherine Dunn; brothers, Patrick Dunn (Julianne) and Ryan Dunn (fiancé, Lauren Noonan); paternal grandmother, Carol Dunn; two nieces, Adalyn and Brielle; one nephew, Landen; also surviving are several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 7, 2022 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel, 6685 Shallowford Rd. Lewisville, NC 27023.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-3 PM and 6-8 PM Thursday and from 1-2 PM prior to the service on Friday.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Queens, NY.
