Timothy Dorsett

Mr. Timothy "Tim" Paul Dorsett, 58, of Clemmons, passed away unexpectedly at his home. He was born on May 21, 1960 in Forsyth County. He graduated from North Forsyth High School in 1979 and attended Meadowview Baptist Church. He enjoyed studying his Bible and listening to Christian Radio WPIP 880 AM. Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Dorsett; and grandparents who raised him, Paul and Myrtle Murphy. Surviving family includes his only daughter, Kimberleigh Hope Dorsett of Pittsfield, MA; numerous cousins; and many beloved friends and neighbors. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Meadowview Baptist Church, 105 Nathan Ave., Winston-Salem, with Pastor Robert Hutchens officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
