Thomas Matthew Mullen

Thomas Matthew Mullen, 16 months, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday August 14, 2010. Matthew was born April 4, 2009 in Wilkesboro, NC to Mary Johnson and Danny Knowles. He is survived by his parents, Mary Johnson and Danny Knowles. His loving grandparents, Ann Johnson, Micheal Johnson, David Black, Joe Knowles, Billie McDaniel, Keith McDaniel, Amey Brown, Buster Brown, Thomas Mullen Jr, Christina Mullen, Jim Kierstead, JoEllen Crooks, and Bob Crooks, and one great grandfather Donald Crooks. He is also survived by his loving aunts and unlces: Haley Black, Michelle White, Katina Dayton, Mike Johnson, Karen Foster, Tammy Albritton, Bobbi Jo Parsons, Brett Parson, Casey Kirkman, and Toni Hanby. The viewing and receiving of friends will be held at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 6pm-8pm in Winston-Salem. The memorial service will be held Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 3 pm at Gospel Light Baptist Church with the Rev. Frank Shumate officiating.
