Thomas Masters

Masters Mr. Thomas Mack Masters Sr. age 78 of Winston-Salem passed away Friday December 12, 2008. He was born May 20 1930 in Walters Creek, Kentucky to Otis and Evelyn Masters. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Clemmons and was a professional painter. In addition to his parents Mr. Masters was preceded in death by two wives Mrs. Mary Louise Masters and Mrs. Pansy Wilkins Masters and one son Daniel Masters Sr. Surviving are three daughters; Mrs. Katherine Masters Taylor of Clemmons, Tammy Masters Barchiesi of Rhode Island, Zera Marie Masters of Graham; five sons Thomas Mack Masters Jr. of Kernersville, William ""Billy"" Masters of Winston-Salem, Jack Lee Masters Sr. of Clemmons, Carl Walter Masters Sr. of Florida and Mack Henry Masters of Kernersville; one sister; Virginia Babb of Kernersville; 28 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday December 15 at Hayworth-Miller-Cain Funeral Home, with Rev. L.C.Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Mt Gur cemetery in Kernersville. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
