Thomas "Randy" Harris, Jr.

KERNERSVILLE - Thomas Randolph ""Randy"" Harris, Jr., 31, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 19, 2017. Randy was born in Forsyth County on December 3, 1985 to Thomas ""Randy"" Harris, Sr. and Laura Lancaster Harris. Randy was extremely generous and he loved people. His fiancé, Laura and his daughter, Adalynn, were his life. He absolutely loved cars. Randy was a natural born salesman and people gravitated towards him. While Randy wasn't very outdoorsy, he loved to be on a 4 wheeler or riding on a boat. Randy was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Terry Harris; a maternal grandmother, Joan Lancaster; a maternal aunt Sharon Belser; and his cousins, Tyler Langdon and Brian Belser. He is survived by his mother, Laura Lancaster Harris; his father, Thomas ""Randy"" Harris and wife, Sandy; a daughter, Adalynn Haylee Harris; fiancé, Laura Ashley Ballew; a brother, Christopher Ryan Harris; a sister, Payton Jane Harris; maternal grandfather, Richard Kirby Lancaster; paternal grandmother, Sharon Douglas; paternal great grandmother, Ida Ruth Taliaferro; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service for Randy will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Randy's uncle, Pastor Kirby Lancaster, Jr. officiating.
