Thomas Calvin Davis, Sr.

Mr. Thomas Calvin Davis, Sr., 67, of Rowland, NC passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born July 21, 1942 in Forsyth County to the late Thomas and Maggie Mabe Davis. Mr. Davis was a veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Wright of Clemmons and Kelly Branham of Kentucky; two sons, Tommy Davis, Jr. and Robert Davis, both of Winston-Salem; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren and other brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
