Theresa Thompson

Theresa Ann Leonard Thompson, 65, of Walkertown, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. She was born in Forsyth County on November 11, 1956, to the late Arville Franklin Leonard and Norma Jean Speaks Leonard. Theresa was an avid animal lover and loved to spend time with her four-legged best friend, Zoe. Some of her many hobbies included swimming, pond fishing and camping. Theresa could often be found writing in her journal or cooking up something amazing in the kitchen. Her most joyous times were spent listening to music with her loving son, James. In addition to her parents, Theresa is preceded in death by her brother, Jamie Leonard and sister, Lou Tilley. She is survived by her loving son, James Reid; brother, Thomas Leonard; aunt, Mittie Proffitt; cousin, Wendy Kay Lynch; grandson, Christopher Reid and one great grandchild, Adalynn Reid. There are no scheduled services at this time.
