Theofanis Miltiadis Tsiptsis

Mr. Theofanis Miltiadis Tsiptsis, 76, of Clemmons, passed away Friday, February 8, 2013 at his home. He was born January 1, 1937 in Palaio Faliro, Greece to Athanasios and Magdalini Kolonia Tsiptsis. Mr. Tsiptsis was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Alex Tsiptsis. Surviving are his wife, Ruth Morillo Tsiptsis; a daughter, Magdalene T. Tsiptsis; two sons, Rodion Tsiptsis (Marsha) and Demetrios Tsiptsis (Charlene); five grandchildren, Kelly Tsiptsis, Elizabeth Tsiptsis, Alexa Talbott, Sophia Talbott and Truly Tsiptsis; a brother, Steve Tsiptsis (Angie); three nephews, Mario, Anthanasios and Jason; and a niece, Alexia Ibrahim. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Tuesday at the Greek Orthodox Church with Father Demetri Kangelaris officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church with a Trisagion service at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4 A Oak Branch Drive, Greensboro, N.C. 27407 or to the Ronald McDonald House, 419 S.
