Thelma Elizabeth Thornton

THORNTON Thelma Elizabeth Bean Thornton, 92, of Lewisville passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born January 23, 1918 in Forsyth County to Austin Lee Bean, Sr. and Savannah Rumley Bean. Mrs. Thornton was a member of Vienna Baptist Church and was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy G. Crews. Surviving is a son, Thomas Lee Crews, Sr.; seven grandchildren; her special caregiver, Thomas Lee Crews, Jr.; and number of great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 28 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Clawson officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Park.
