Tex Harrol Tuttle, Jr.

In the early hours of October 20th, God called away a very unique and special individual, Mr. Tex Harrol Tuttle Jr., 57, of Winston-Salem. He was born November 6th, 1952, the only child of Tex SR. and Ollie Jones Tuttle. Tex retired after 32 years from RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company. He loved Fishing with his friends and enjoyed spending time with his wife. He was preceded in death by his father, and is survived by his mother Ollie of Winston-Salem; his loving wife of 33 years, Joyce Draughn Tuttle of the home; his daughter whom he loved dearly, Deana Pendragon, and husband Dave; Sisters in Law Shirley Maynard and Janice Holloway, her husband George, and Special First Cousin Debbie Johnson and her husband Gale; numerous cousins; and canine companion Emma. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, October 22nd, at Marshall Baptist Church, with Pastor John Holmes officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. He was a member of Marshall Baptist Church and loved their dedication to children's futures.
