Terry Wayne Voss

COLFAX- Terry Wayne Voss, 66, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was born September 4, 1949 in Forsyth Co. to the late Joseph Hubert Voss, Sr. and Levie McCollum Voss. Terry was employed with Amp, Inc. / Tyco with over 31 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, antique car shows, traveling and loved those Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Volunteers. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Tuggle Voss. Surviving are his wife, Joan Timmons Voss; daughter, Tammy (Doug) Dotson; granddaughter, Shanna Dotson; brothers, Joseph (Mary Jane) Voss, Jr. and Gary (Jan) Voss; brothers-in-law, Harold (Barbara) Timmons and Terry (Donna) Timmons; uncle, Rex (Mildred) Voss; aunt, Vance Voss Smith; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends, Jerry Brown and Judy Pegram. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Tim Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
