Terry Sapp

Mr. Terry Michael Sapp, 57, of Colfax, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, February 23, 2020, after a short battle with lung cancer at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 29, 1962 in Forsyth County to Henry Howard and Jessie Parrish Sapp. Terry was formally employed with Star Electric for many years, but for the last five years he was working at Adams Electric. He was a very laid-back man who enjoyed relaxing and spending time with family. He loved to camp and enjoyed grilling burgers.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by three siblings, David Sapp (wife, Dawn), Jennifer Donnell, and Susan Sapp; a special niece, Melissa Shell; and many other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Terry will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Gary Blalock officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, March 2, 2020 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum.
